FGD-03F ICs and Eval Boards are offered with different levels of characterization.
Characterized products (FGD-03F TC and FGD-03F RTC) come with an individulized reports where different parameters of interest are included. Each characterization report is associated with a Serial ID number in order to track the part it belongs to. Please check characterization report sample at Documentation section of the product
